Certification of the PAX S300 EMV PIN pad

  • Restaurants can now process payments via EMS direct credit card processing. This means that each payment goes directly to the processor, eliminating the need for the DataCap gateway. Through this new integration, restaurant merchants can access the TSYS Merchant Center. The Merchant Center is cloud-based and can be accessed anywhere, anytime on any web-enabled device.
  • Through the Merchant Center, merchants can access additional management features such as tip adjustments and can modify or void any transaction prior to settlement. 
  • Certification of the PAX S300 EMV PIN pad gives merchants the power to refund all or part of a transaction up to 7 days after settlement, so your restaurant owner has more control over their business activities

Bar Tab Tickets and Transfer Delivery Tabs

  • Restaurant staff now have the option to print tickets when creating a bar tab with a customer’s credit card.
  • Total Touch has a new solution for those days when employee schedules suddenly change, or shifts are shuffled around. Restaurants can now transfer delivery tabs between employees, including driver-assigned orders pending tip

Transfer or Combine Delivery Orders

  • Many diners are still opting to order carry-out or delivery rather than dining in at their favorite restaurants. To continue to support our restaurants in their carry-out and delivery efforts, we have added two new features. Delivery order items can now be transferred between orders, and delivery orders can now be combined with other orders. These features are designed to help restaurants improve efficiency and increase profitability.
