1. New Button Design

Which button format is easier to read for order entry? Different members of a restaurant staff may prefer different styles, making it hard to choose. We’ve introduced a 3D button mode and the option to switch between 3D and standard view, so now your customers don’t have to choose!


2. Improved Check Splitting Functionality

Cashing out a group of friends at the bar can be a long and arduous process. Let’s simplify that! With Total Touch, bar staff now have the power to split bar tabs by drink.

 

3. Factor4 Integration

Loyal customers deserve to be rewarded, and gift cards have been proven to increase profits. Total Touch has integrated with Factor4 to provide even more gift and loyalty card options to restaurant owners.


Version 2.3.23 & FTP Server End of Life

As a reminder, Total Touch software version 2.3.23 will no longer be supported as of April 30, 2020. Please encourage your merchants to upgrade to the latest version as soon as possible if they have not already done so.


Also, please note that the FTP server will cease operation as of March 31, 2020. Enterprise Manager Merchants will not be impacted by this; we will continue to support those clients via FTP for the time being.
